1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Desert Haul Home Services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Desert Haul provides guided home maintenance checklists, task tracking, reminders, and related tools for homeowners across the United States. Some features require an active Premium subscription.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Premium features continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service operations, uploading harmful content, or violating applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software provided through the Service are owned by Desert Haul Home Services or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Desert Haul is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including maintenance decisions made based on checklist guidance.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
